Hi everyone! I will be out of town from May 21st to June 6th. I will have limited access to the pateint portal/phone so if you are looking to come in before then, please call or send a patient portal message. 

If you need to come in, I will direct you to the on-call physician or urgent care in any non-emergency situations. Please go to the ER for any emergency situations.
