Hi everyone! I will be out of town from September 18th to September 23rd. I will have limited access to the pateint portal/phone so if you are looking to come in before then, please call or send a patient portal message.
Flu shots are in and I will be starting to give flu shots mid-September so if you want one, please let me know!
If you need to come in while I am away, I will direct you to the on-call physician or urgent care in any non-emergency situations. Please go to the ER for any emergency situations.
